Halbes Fernglas Dies ist die rechte Hälfte eines 7x50 Fernglases Mark XXXII Model 2 und somit von der Universal Camera Corporation (s. Repinski" The Univex Story" S. 156ff.); allerdings gab es dies nie als Monokular (vgl. einziges echtes 6x30 Monokular der UCC. Da die Linsen vergütet sind, müsste die Produktionszeit ab 1944 liegen (vgl. Rohan "A Guide to Handheld Military Binoculars" S. 41). Der dreifach verschraubte Deckel trägt auch die Bezeichnungen "U.S. Navy BU Ships, MARK 32 MOD 2 - Universal Camera corp. New York, N.Y.". Das typische B&L Gehäuse hat eine eingegossene Trageschlaufe, eine anthrazitfarbene Rauhlackummantelung und einen Objektivtubs mit glatter schwarzer Oberfläche. Die Augenmuschel ist aus Plastik. Die Dioptrienkennzeichnung reicht von +2 bis -4. Das Sehfeld beträgt 7,16°.

Half Binoculars This is the right half of a 7x50 binoculars Mark 32 Model 2 made by Universal camera Corp. (s. Repinski" The Univex Story" p. 156ff.) – yet there never was a monocular version (cf. the only true 6x30 Monokular by UCC. As the lenses are coated, its production date should be about 1944 (cf. Rohan "A Guide to Handheld Military Binoculars" p. 41). The cover plate has three screws and is marked "U.S. Navy BU Ships, MARK 32 MOD 2 - Universal Camera corp. New York, N.Y.". The typical B&L body has a cast-in strap lug and a anthracite coloured crinkle paint covering. The objective tube has a black smooth surface. The eyecup is made of plastic and the dioptre scale ranges from +2 to -4. Field of view is 7.16°.

Das 7x50 wiegt 616g, es ist 180-188mm lang, das Gehäuse oben 9x7cm breit und der Objektivtubus 65mm im Durchmesser. Das Okular ist 38mm im Durchmesser am Fokusseierungsteil.
