Officine Galileo "Triog" 12x20x40x80
| Der "große Bruder" des "Officine Galileo 20x80 Spektivs" ist das monokulare "Triog" mit Werten 12x 20x 40x 80mm (gleich dem Zeiss "Asem"). Es hat ein Porro-2-Prismensystem und ein Achromat-Objektiv von 80mm. Der konische und abschließende geradlinige Objektivtubus sind mit strukturiertem Hartgummi überzogen. Die anderen Messing- und Aluteile sind schwarz lackiert. Am Zwischenring des Objektivtubus befindet sich eine Schraube, die evtl. zur Befetigung auf einem Stativ o.a. diente. Das runde Prismengehäuse ist mit "Triog R. Marina 375" (Modellname und Bezeichnung der ital. Marine) am oberen Deckel beschriftet und hat eine seitlich angenietete Blechschild. Dieses lautet: Officine Galileo Firenze - Cannocchiale da Observazione 12,20,40x80 per congegno di Puntamente Tiro Contro Navi (= Beobachtungsfernrohr als/zum Richtgerät für die Schiffsartillerie) und ist außerdem gekennzeichnet mit "M.M. 375/39 Cat. A No. 75382". | The big brother of the "Triog" with 12x 20x and 20x 80mm specifications (cf. the Zeiss "Asem") is the "Triog Observation Telescope". It comes with a porro 2 prism system and an achromatic objective lens. The conical and final straight objective tube are covered with textured Ebonite. The other brass and aluminium parts are lacquered black. There is a crew on the intermediate obejctive tube ring which may have helped to mount the telescope on som tripod or supporting device. The round pürism box is marked "Triog R. Marina 375" (model name and denoptation for the Ital. Navy) on teh top cover. There also is a tin plate riveted to the prism box side. It is engraved: Officine Galileo Firenze - Cannocchiale da Observazione 12,20,40x80 per congegno di Puntamente Tiro Contro Navi (= Observation Telescope as/for a pointing device for the Naval Artillery) and furhtermor is marked "M.M. 375/39 Cat. A No. 75382". |
| Der dreifach verschraubte Gehäusedeckel hat eine gewölbtes Stück, in dme eine federnde Metalllippe eingeschraubt ist, an der wiederum der Okularrevolver mit einer Nut in der jeweiligen Okularposition einrastet. Der Okularrevolver ist neben den Okularstücken mit der Vergrößerung gekennzeichnet. Die Okulare haben umlaufende Dioptrienskalen von + bis - 5. Das 20x Okular hatte einmal eine Strichplatte und einen Justierring dafür. Die Augenmuscheln sind aus Bakelit oder Hartgummi. | The cover palte of the hosuing has three screws and has a curved part which has a metal spring is laid in. The spring snaps into notches of the lower rim of the eyepiece turret according to the wanted eyepiece position. The bowed revolver cap is marked with the magnifications next to the eyepieces. The eyepieces have full dioptre scales being marked at + and - 5. The 20x ocular once came with a reticle and an outer adjustment ring. The eyecups are made of Bakelite or Ebonite. |

Der 23cm lange konische Tubus verbreitert sich von 44mm auf 88mm; der geradde Objektivtubus ist 93mm im Durchmesser. Das 47mm lange Prismengehäuse misst 85mm, der Tubus des Okularrevolvers 63mm im Durchmesser. Der Okularrevolver selbst hat einen Durchmesser von 84mm. Die Durchmesser der Okularhülsen, Fokussierungsteile und der Augenmuschel sind beim 12x Okular 40mm, 48mm und 32mm, beim 20x Okular 34mm, 40mm und 32mm sowie beim 40x Okular 28mm, 33mm und 32mm. Das Triog-Monokular wiegt 2664g.
