| Das "Minar" 20x50 könnte ein (früheres 20x50) Meopta-Modell sein (vgl. Meopta 20x50, da es von einem Händler aus der Slowakei gekauft wurde, der auf das ähnlich benannte Meopta "Somet Monar 25x100" hinwies. Vielleicht ist es auch ein Vesuchsmodell. Es ist ein Kleinspektiv mit einem geraden Objektivtubus und einem seitlich versetzten runden Prismengehäuse. Die Optik hat Porro 2 Prismen und ist blau vergütet. Der Tubus ist mit Leder ummantelt, die Metallteile schwarz lackiert. Das Okular hat eine Dioptrieneinstellung, nur mit Null, Plus und Minus gekennzeichnet. Die Augenmuschel ist aus Metall. Das Prismengehäuse wird lediglich durch das Okularstück fixiert. |
The "Minar" 20x50 might be an (earlier 20x50) Meopta model (cf. also Meopta 20x50), for it was bought from a Slovakian dealer, who hinted at the existeance of the Meopta "Somet Monar 20x100". Maybe it was an experimental model. It is a small spotting scope with a straight objective tube and a set-off round prism box. The optics coome with a porro 2 prism and are coated blue. The tube is covered with leather, the metal parts are lacquered black. The eyepiece has a dioptre adjustment marked only with zero, plus and minus. The eyecup is made of metal, too. The prism housing cover is only fixed by the eyepiece. |
