Wray Farvu 10x40

Das Wray "Farvu" 10x40 hat die typischen Merkmale eines Porro-1-Monokulars mit einem längerem konischen Objektivtubus. Das vergütete Glass ist eine Nachkriegsproduktion mit Aluminiumgehäuse mit eingegossener Tragereimenöse und schwarzer Rauhlackummantelung. Das linksseitige Okular hat eine Plastikaugenmuschel und eine Dioptrienskala von + bis - fünf. Die Beschriftung lautet: "Farvu 10x40 Wray London" am oberen, und "No. 156902" am unteren Deckel. Das Model mit Nr. 5731 hat eine andere Anordnung der Beschriftung auf dem oberen Deckel.
Das Monokular wiegt 293g sowie 160mm - 166mm lang. Das Gehäuse misst oben 52x52mm und unten 55x55mm. Die Objektivfassung hat einen Durchmesser von 48mm, das Okular 28mm, die Augenmuschel 32mm.
The Wray "Farvu" 10x40 has the characteristic of a porro 1 monocular with longer conical objective tube. The coated scope is a post-war production with an aluminium body with a cast-in strap lug and a black rough paint covering. The left-hand sided eyecpiece has a plastic eyecup and a dioptre scale from + to - five. The markings are "Farvu 10x40 Wray London" on the top copver, and "No. 156902" at the bottom cover. Another No. 5731 model has a different arrangment of the words inscribed on the top cover.
The glass weighs 293g, measures 160mm - 166mm in length. The housing measures 52x52mm at the top of the housing, and 55x55mm at its bottom. The objective frame is 48mm, the eyepiece 28mm and the eyecup 32mm in diameter.
