This 12x32 monocular is an early model before 1926, hence still inscribed with "Dr. F.A. Wöhler Cassel". The Porro I monocular has a bell-shaped objective tube made of black lacquered brass, an Ebonite covered aluminium housing with a strap-lug, single screw covers, and a left-hand sided eyepiece with a dioptre scale ranging from + to - 5.
