TASCO 8x20

Dieses Schmidt-Pechan Monokular hat ein Metallgehäuse mit einem tropfenförmigen Querschnitt. Der Tubus ist schwarz lackiert und hat eine spitz zulaufende Seite mit einer Fingermulde und einem Loch zur Befestigung der Handschlaufe. Es gibt einen Fokussierungsring, der innen das Okularsystem verschiebt. Eine Dioptrienskala fehlt, dafür sind am Fokussierungsring und Tubus nur Referenzpunkte eingraviert. Auch die Augenmuschel ist aus Metall. die Optik ist blau vergütet. Das 8x20 wurde in Japan von Tokyo Optical Co. Ltd. (J-B-15) für TASCO gefertigt. Es trägt den Abnahmeaufkleber des JTII (hier beschriftet: "109 PASSED") und die Seriennummer "#515". This Schmidt-Pechan monocular has a metal body with a section view in a drop shape. The tube is lacquered black and has a pointed extended side with a finger dell and a hole to attach a hand strap. There is a focusing ring moving the ocular lens system inside. A dioptre scale is lacking, but there is a white reference dot on the tube and focusing ring each. The eyecup is made of metal as well. The optics are coated blue. The 8x20 was made in Japan by Tokyo Optical Co. Ltd.(J-B-15) for TASCO. It comes with the JTII control label (here marked: "109 PASSED"), and the serial number "#515" .

Das 80g schwere Monokular ist 90mm lang, der Okularteil ist 25mm, die Augenmuschel 24mm im Durchmesser. Der Fokussierungsring und der runde Tubusteil sind 26mm im Durchmesser, die erweiterte Seite ist an den Spitzen 36mm, in der Mulde 29mm breit.
