| Die Wetzlarer Metall verarbeitende Firma “Szabo” brachte diesen Emoskop-Nachbau heraus. Da es ebenfalls die drei optischen Funktionen eines Teleskops, einer Lupe und eines Mikroskops aufweist nannte die Firma es „Tel Lu Mik“, so die Beschriftung auf dem Objektivtubus. Das Herstellungsdatum könnten die 1980er Jahre gewesen sein. Wie die größeren Emoskope S und B oder andere Fadenzählerlupen hat die „Tel Lu Mik“ einen Metall-Mikroskopierständer mit einer weiten Licht einlassenden Öffnung und einer Mikrometer-Strichplatte am Fuß. Diese reicht von 0-8 Millimetern und hat eine Zehnerunterteilung. Die Optik ist vergütet. Als Galileisches Fernrohr erreicht diese Fernrohrlupe eine 4facher Vergrößerung. Die 20mm Objektivlinse, allein als Lupe hat eine ca. 6x Vergrößerung. Die zusätzliche Nahlinse mit 14mm Durchmesser kommt ungefähr auf eine 10fache Vergrößerung. Entsprechend den anderen Versionen, wie Emoskop, Panscope oder Somet sind die erreichten Vergrößerungen als Mikroskop usw. Alle Teile lassen sich zusammengeschoben bzw. –gesteckt in einem Lederfutteral mit Druckknopfverschluss verstauen. | The metal working company Szabo in Wetzlar issued this Emoscope reproduction. As it also has the three optical functions of a telescope, of a magnifier, and of a microscope, the company called it „Tel Lu Mik“ (German abbreviation for “Teleskop Lupe Mikroskop” = telescope loupe mocriscope) as you can read on the objective tube. The production date may be the 1980s. Just like the bigger Emoskops S and B or other linen magnifiers the „Tel Lu Mik“ comes with a metal microscopy stand with a large cavage to let in light. It also has a micrometer reticle at its foot. The scale ranges from 0-8 millimetres with a 10 line subdivision. The opitcs are coated. As a Galilean telescope the monocular magnifier has about a 4 times power. The 20mm objective lense has a 6x magnification when used on ist own. The additional close-up lens with a 14mm diameter is about 10 times magnification. The optical power as a microscope etc. is corresponding to the other model version like the Emoskop, Panscope or Somet. All parts can be slid into one another, and then be carried in a leather case with a push button. |
