Swarovski 7x42 DS

Das eher seltenere 7x42 Porro-1-Modell von Swarovski ist in der frühen Version im länglich verteiften Oal mit "7x [DS-Logo im Kreis] 42" sowie Seriennummer 19665, das spätere Exemplar mit "7x42 - 705348" und "DS" graviert. Beim 2. Modell wirkt es fast so, als ob die oberste Schicht entfernt wurde, um die Beschrioftung frei zu legen. Die Deckel sind dreifach verschraubt und schwarz lackiert. Das Gehäuse und der konische Objektivtubus ist mit Hartgummi überzogen, die Augenmuschel ist aus Kunststoff. Es gibt eine Trageriemenöse. Die Dioptrienskala läuft komplett um das linksseitige Okularstück und ist bei +/-5 markiert. Das Glas hat eine blau, leicht violette Vergütung. Die Le dertasche des früheren Modells ist mit "DS" gestempelt.

The rather rare 7x42 Porro-1 model from Swarovski is engraved in the elongated, deepened oval with "7x [DS logo in a circle] 42" and serial number 19665 in the early version, while the later model is engraved with "7x42 - 705348" and "DS" separetely. The second model appears almost as if the top layer had been removed to reveal the lettering. The cover plates have three screws and are lacquered black. The body and conical objective tube are covered with hard rubber, and the eyecup is made of plastic. There is a cast-in strap lug. The diopter scale runs completely around the left-hand sided eyepiece and is marked at +/-5. The glass has a blue, slightly violet coating. The leather case of the early model is stamped "DS".

Das spätere 266g schwere Monokular ist 147-154mm lang. Das Gehäuse ist oben 50x50mm und unten 55x55mm breit. Der Objektivtubus verbreitert sich von 43mm zu 55mm im Durchmesser. Das linksseitige Okular ist 24mm, der Fokussierungsteil 30mm und die Augenmuschel 34mm im Durchmesser. Das frühe Modell ist fast identisch, das Okularstück ist etwas schmaler.

The later 266g monocular is 147-154mm long. The body measures 50x50mm at its top and 55x55mm at its bottom. The objective tube increases form 43mm to 55mm in diameter . The left-hand sided eyepiece is 24mm, the focusing part 30mm0 and the eyecup 34mm in diameter. The early model is almopst identical, the eyepiece is a bit more slender, though.
