SAGEM 7x50
| Die französische Firma SAGEM (Société d’Applications Générales de l’Électricité et de la Mécanique), gegründet 1924, produzierte opische und elektronische Geräte für das Militär nach dem 2. Weltkrieg. So dürfte das vorliegende SAGEM 7x50 aus den 60-80er Jahren stammen und möglicherweise eine Optik in Kombination mit einem anderen Gerät gewesen sein. Der obere Gehäusedeckel ist mit einem Linsenlogo und "7x50 SAGEM No 00006" garviert. Das schwere Messinggehäuse ist mit einem eierschalen-farbenen Farbe lackiert. Der gerade Mitteltubus ist unlackiert und hat zwei Endringe mit Nut, an dem die Optik montiert werden konnte. Das dicke Weitwinkelokular hat eine Geradführung für das Okular mit Metallaugenmuschel. Das Okular ist im Okulartück federnd gelagert. Die Dioptrienskala befindet sich auf einem Ring zur Augenmuschel hin. Der Jsutierbereich geht von + bis - fünf. Das Monokular hat eine Fadenkreuz-Strichplatte. Das runde Prismengehäuse lässt vermuten, dass das SAGEM mit Porro-II-Prismen ausgestattet ist. |
The French company SAGEM (Société d'Applications Générales de l'Électricité et de la Mécanique), founded in 1924, produced optical and electronic devices for the military after World War II. The present SAGEM 7x50 probably dates from the 1960s and 1980s and may have been an optic in combination with another device. The top cover is engraved with a lens logo and "7x50 SAGEM No 00006". The heavy brass body is painted with an eggshell-colored paint. The straight center tube is unpainted and has two end rings with a groove on which the sight could be mounted. The thick wide-angle ocular has a linear focusing of the eyepiece with a metal eyecup. The ocular is spring-mounted in the eyepiece. The diopter scale is on a ring towards the eyecup. The adjustment ranges from + to - five. The monocular has a crosshair reticle. The round prism housing lets one assume that the SAGEM is equipped with Porro II prisms. |
| Das 7x50 ist 255mm lang. Das 44mm lange Prismengehäuse ist 90mm im Durchmesser, das Okular 58 mm, der Fokussierungsteil 64,4 mm und die Augenmuschel 41,5 mm. Der gerade Tubus ist 55mm und verbreitert sich ma konischen Objekitvtubus bis 72mm im Durchmesser. Der Haupt- und Objektivtubus ist 120mm lang. Das Monokular wiegt 2518g. | The 7x50 is 255mm long.
