RuKa 8x25
| Dies ist ein 8x25 Porro-1-Monokular von Runge und Kaulfuß (RuKa) aus Rathenow. Es ist blau vergütet, dürfte daher aus einer Produktionszeit nach dem 2. Weltkrieg, aber vor der Zusammenlegung der Rathenower otpischen Betriebe zu "ROW" stammen. Es trägt das RuKa Logo mit den beiden stehenden Fernrohr-Figuren. Das Gehäuse hat eine Kunstlederummantelung. Die Deckel sind unverschraubt. Es gibt keine Dioptrienskala, sondern lediglich eine Linie am Okular und einen Referenzpunkt am Deckelrand. Die Augenmuschel ist aus Kunststoff. | This 8x25 monocular with its characteristic porro 1 design was made by Runge & Kaulfuss (RuKa) in Rathenow, Germany. It is coated blue,which lets me assume it was made after WWII., but before meging the all Rathenow optical companies into "ROW". The cover is isncribed with the RuKa logo with two standing figures holding telescopes. The glass has synthetic leather covering. The civer plates have no screws. There is no dioptre scale, but a marking line on the eypiece and a reference dot on the cover rim. The eyecup is made of plastic. |
| Das 8x25 ist 96-101mm lang und wiegt 145g. Das Gehäuse ist oben 43x43mm und unten 48x48mm breit. Die Objektivfassung ist 38mm im Durchmesser. Das rechtsseitige Okularstück misst 22mm, der Fokussierungsteil 26,5mm und die Augenmuschel 34mm im Durchmesser. | The 8x25 is 96-101mm long and weighs 145g. The housing is 43x43mm wide at its top, and 48x48mm wide at its bottom. The objective frame is 38mm in diameter, the right-hand sided eyepiece 22mm, the focusing ring 26.5mm and the eyecup 34mm in diameter. |
