Ruhnke "Fabrikat" 12x40

Dieses 12x40 Monokular mit konischen Objektivtubus wurde von der Berliner Firma "Ruhnke" hergestellt. Die Optik ist unvergütet. Die Messingdeckel sind schwarz lackiert, der obere dreifach, der untere zweifach verschraubt. Die Beschriftung am oberen Deckel lautet "Ruhnke Fabrikat 12x" und am unteren Deckel Nummer "6084". Das Prismengehäuse mit eingegossener rechteckiger Trageriemnöse und der Obejktivtubus sind mit einer Hartgummiummantelung versehen. Die Augenmuschel ist aus Bakelit. Das rechtseitige Okular hat einen Dioptrienausgleich mit einer umlaufenden Skala und Markierung nur mit +, 0 und -.

This 12x40 monocular with a conical objective tube was made by the Berlin "Ruhnke" company. The optics are uncoated. The brass cover plates are lacquered black and the top one has three, the bottom one two screws. The top cover plate is marked "Ruhnke Fabrikat 12x", the bottom cover has the number 6084. The prism housing with its cast-in rectangular strap lug and the conical objective tube are covered with black hard rubber. The eyecup is made of Bakelite. The right-hand sided ocular has a diotpre scale marked only with +, 0 and -.

Das 12x40 ist 155 bis 160 mm lang, das Gehäuse ist oben 46x47mm und unten 49x51 mm breit sowie 45mm hoch; der Objektivtubus ist 82 mm lang und verbreitert sich von 32 auf 47 mm im Durchmesser. Das Monokular wiegt 264 g.
