Krombach Porrolux 7x50

Hier ist ein Porro-1 Monokular mit den Werten 7x50. Das Aluminiummonokular hat einfach verschraubte schwarz lackierte Deckel, oben mit "Porrolux 7x50" in einem Prismenlogo und unten mit "Germany" beschriftet. Das Glas ist blau vergütet und stammt wohl von Krombach Optik aus Wetzlar in den 1950er bis 1970er Jahren stammen (vgl. Hebditch 1959 "Binoculars"). Die Dioptrienskala am rechtseitigen Okular läuft rundherum und ist bis +5 und -5 beschriftet. Das Gehäuse hat eine Kunstlederummantelung, die Augenmuschel ist aus Plastik. Das Gesichtsfeld beträgt ca. 130m/1000m. Das 7x50 wiegt mit Trageriemen 424g. Es ist 170-177mm lang und oben am Gehäuse 63x63mm bzw. unten 75x75mm breit. Der 48mm lange Objektivtubus verbreitert sich von 55mm auf 59mm.

Here is a porro 1 monocular hving a 7 times magnification and 50mm objectiver lens. The aluminium galss ahs black lacquered covers with one screw. They are inscribed "Porrolux 7x50" within a prism logo at the top cover, and "Germany" at the bottom cover. The 7x50 is coated blue and could be from Krombach Wetzlar, Germany made in the 1950s-70s (cf. Hebditch 1959 "Binoculars"). The right-hand sided ocular has a full dioptre scale marked form +5 to -5. The housing has a synthetic leather covering, the eyecup is made of plastic. Field of view is about 130m/1000m. The 7x50 weighs 424g with its strap. It is 170-177mm in length. The housing measures 63x63mm at its top, and 75x75mm at its bottom. The 48 long objective tube increases from 55mm to 59mm in diameter.
