Nikko 4x20
| Das 4x20 Monokular von NIKKO (Nippon Kogaku) stammt vermutlich aus den 40er Jahren und ist mit japanischen Schriftzeichen gekennzeichnet. Das Porro-1-Monokular war wohl Teil eines militärisch genutzten Stereoskops. Am Objektiv ist eine breitere Fassung, die zur Anbringung an das Gerät bestimmt ist. Der obere Deckel ist mit dem Logo und "Nikko" sowie "4x20mm" sowie "No. 1804" beschriftet. Das 2. Exemplar unten hat Nummer "489". Der untere Deckel hat die Nummer 2501 eingraviert; ein weiteres vorliegendes 4x20 hat "No. 10582" und unten "655" (linksseitige Okular). Das rechtsseitige Okular hat eine Plastikaugenmuschel und einen Dioptrienausgleich. Die Messingdeckel sind schwarz lackiert, das Gehäuse mit einem grauschwarzem Rauhlack ummantelt. Das Objektiv hat eine konische Ringfassung mit Bajonettanschluss. |
The 4x20 monocular by NIKKO (Nippon Kogaku) could date from around the 40s. The porro 1 monocular was part of a military used stereoscope; thus the wider objective frame was probably supposed to be attached to another device. It is marked with Japanese letters. The top cover plate is inscribed with the logo and Nikko, as well as "4x20mm" No. 1804" - another specimen having number "489". The lower cover plate is engraved with number 2501. The right-hand sided ocualr has a plastic eyecup and a dioptre adjustment. The brass covers are painted black. The housing has some greyish-black rough covering. The objective has aconical frame with a bayonet attachment. |
