MOM 6x30

Die Budapester Firma "Magyar Optikai Müvek" (Ungarischen Optik-Werke) stellte dieses 6x30 Porro-1-Monokular her. Da der obere Alu-Deckel nicht mit den optischen Werten, sondern nur mit dem Firmennamen und -logo beschriftet ist, könnte dies auch nur eine linke Fernglashälfte sein (vgl. Ted Brinks Website). Dem Glas fehlt die original Objektivfassung - jetzt eine Gummiabdeckung - und die Lederummantelung sieht eher nachträglich angeklebt aus. Die kleinen Sechskant-Deckelschrauben sind sicherlich ebenfalls nicht original. Die Optik ist magenta vergütet - also ein Nachkriegsmodell. Das Monokular ist aus Aluminium, die Okularhülse ist dunkel-olivgrün lackiert.

The optics are magenta coated. The monocular was made of aluminium. The eyepiece tube is lacquered dark olive-green.
