Das Fernax hat einen Leder ummantelten konischen Objektivtubus mit einer ebenfalls Leder ummantelten ausziehbaren Sonnenblende und einem Stativgewinde. Das Prismengehäuse ist entspricht der linken Hälfte eines 50er Jahre Prismenfernglases von Möller in seiner typischen flachen, fünfeckigen Kastenform. Darin ist das Möller-Pentaprisma verbaut (vgl. Fernax 25x56 mit Porro-Prismen). Die Seitenflächen sind wiederum mit eingelegten Lederstücken gestaltet. Die Metallteile sind schwarz lackiert. Der obere Deckel ist mit "Möller -JDM- Wedel" im Linsenoval-Logo beschriftet; darunter "25x56". Eine Metallseite des Gehäuse trägt die Seriennummer 349457 sowie "Made in Germany". Die Optik ist blau vergütet. Das Okular hat eine Fokussierung mit Diotprienausgleich, welche mit Null und plus-minus Strichen markiert ist. Die flache Augenmuschel ist aus Plastik und mit geriffeltem Rand als Fokussierungsring.

The Fernax has a leather covered conical objective tube with a tripod thread, and a sunshade also covered with leather. The prism housing basically is the lefthand part of a 1950s Moeller binocular with its typical flat and pentagonal box shape. The housing contains a Möller penta prism (cf. Fernax 25x56 with Porro prisms). The sides of the housing again have leather coverings. All metal parts are painted black. The top cover is marked "Möller -JDM- Wedel" in a oval lens logo; below inscribed "25x56". One of the metal sides of the housing bears the serial number 349457 as well as "Made in Germany". Optics are coated blue. The ocular has a dioptre adjustment marked with lines at zero, minus and plus. The flat eyecup is made of plastic and has a milled rim as a focusing ring.

Dieses Möller 25x56 wiegt nur 833g im Vergleich zum schwereren anderen mit Porroprisma. Das Monokular ist je nach Fokusseirung 357mm bis 363mm lang. Die 92mm lange Sonnenschutzblende lässt sich um 52mm ausziehen. Der Objektivtubus ist 192mm lang und sein Durchmesser verbreitert sich von 28 auf 70mm. Das Gehäuse ist ca. 56x48x34mm breit. Das Okulastück misst 24mm, die Augenmuschel 31,5mm im Durchmesser.

This Moeller 25x56 weighs only 833g compared to the heavier other 25x56 model with porro prisms. Depending on focusing this monocular measures 357mm to 363mm in length. The 92mm long sunshade can be extracted by 52mm. The objective tube is 192mm long and its diameter increases from 28mm to 70mm. The housing is about 56x48x34mm in size. The eyepiece has a 24mm dieamter, the eyecup a 31.5mm dieamter.
