Leitz 4x20 Montur Einstellfernrohr mit Halterung – Adjustment Telescope with mount

Dies ist ein 4x20 "Montur" Modell von Leitz, das mit einer Halterung an der Wand des Vorführraums (Kabinenwand) bei Filmvorführung mit der Leitz Ton-Schmalfilm-Maschine G1 genutzt werden konnte (s. Bild 7), um die Bildqualität auf der Leinwand zu kontrollieren. Dafür wurde an dem Brückenansatz mit großer Rändelkopfschraube das so-genannte Einstellfernrohr auf einem schwenkbaren Wandbefestigungarm angebracht.(s. Bild 5-6). Die Seriennummer ist 524369. Die Optik ist blau vergütet.

This is a 4x20 "Montur" model by Leitz which was can be attached to the wall of the projection room (cabin) using the Leitz G1 substandard film projector (see pic. 7). IT was meant to check the image quality and focusing on the screen. So, the so-called adjustment telescope was was attached with the swiveling bridge arm to the wall mount, and being fixed with a milled screw. (cf. pic. 5-6). The serial number is 524369. The optics are coated blue.

Das Monokular wiegt mit 55mm langer Halterung 172g. Ansonsten sind die Maße und Werte mit dem Leitz 4x20 gleich.

The monocular weighs 172g with its 55mm long attachment. ALl the other dimensions are the same like those of the Leitz 4x20.
