Jenoptica 12x32

Das 12x32 Monokular mit langem Obejktivtubus ist mit "Jenoptica" beschriftet und soll so an "Carl Zeiss Jena" erinnern (bereits auch schon Jahre vor dem Firmennamen "Jenotik"), weist aber typische Merkmale eines Glases aus französischen Vorkriegsfertigung auf: im Besonderen die 2/3 Plastikaugenmuschel die aufgeschraubt ein herausnehmbares Okularlinsensytem hält. Alle Baumerkmale entsprechen ansonsten den klassischen Porro-1-Monokularen mit langem Objektivtubus.

This 12x32 monocualr with a longer obejctive tube is marked "Jenoptica" and thus hints to "Carl Zeiss Jena" (even already years before the "Jenoptik" company was founded). But it shows typical features of a French made pre-war glass, especially because of the 2/3 plastic eyecup that holds the ocular lens system in the eyepiece when the eyecup screwed on. All othger cosntruction features are those of a Porro 1 mnocular with a long objective tube.

Das Jenoptica ist ca. 155mm lang, das Gehäuse ist oben 46x46mm und unten 49x49mm breit und der 55mm lange konische Tubus verbreitert sich von 34mm auf 40mm im Durchmesser. Das Okularstück ist 21mm, die Augenmuschel 30,5mm und deren Fokussierungring 33mm im Durchmesser. Das Monokular wiegt 242g.

The Jenoptica is about 155mm long, the hosuing measures 46x46mm at its top and 49x49mm at its bottom. The 55mm long conical tube increase from 34mm to 40mm in diameter. The eyepeice is 21mm, the eyecup 30.5mm and its focusing ring 33mm in diameter. The monocular weighs 242g.
