Huet 8x24 "Uniloc"

Das 8x24 Porro-1-Monokular ist aus schwarz lackiertem Messing und Aluminium mit einer Rauhlackummantelung. Es hat das Huet Prismen-Logo am oberen Deckel. Im Logo steht "Uniloc" und "8x24", darunter "Huet Paris No. 87045". Das Monokular könnte eines der ersten Modelle sein, die Huet mit Einführung des Prismenlogos in den 1920er Jahren herausgebracht hat; denn es hat auch noch eine zweifach angeschraubten 3cm lange Trageriemenöse wie beim "JULES HUET & CIE 6x30". Auch hier hat das rechtsseitige Okularstück eine umlaufende Dioptirenskala mit Beschriftung bei Null und jeweils Fünf bzw. Zehn im Plus- und Minusbereich.

This 8x24 porro 1 monocular is made of brass and aluminium which is painted black and covered with crinkle paint. It is engrve with the Huet prism logo on the top cover. It says "Uniloc" and "8x24" within the logo, and "Huet Paris No. 87045" below that. The monocular might be one of the first models issued at the time Huet changed to the prism-logo in the 1920s, for it still has the screwed on 3cm long strap lug like the "JULES HUET & CIE 6x30". Also, the right-hand sided eyepiece has a full dioptre scale marked at zero, five and ten at plus and minus range.
