| Eines der monokularen Prismenfernrohre der Wetzlarer "Optikschmiede" Hartmann ist das Bernina 25x80. Es hat die typische Bauweise eines porro-1-Glases mit Kunstleder-beschichteten Gehäuse mit Trageschlaufenöse und konischem Objektivtubus mit Stativanschluss. Das rechtsseitige Okular ist ein Weitwinkeltyp. Die optischen Komponenten sind blau vergütet. Die schwarz lackierten Deckel sind zweifach verschraubt. Der obere Deckel ist mit "Hartmann - Wetzlar 117" im Prismenlogo, darunter mit "Made in Germany" und "25x80" beschriftet. Die "117" bezieht sich auf das damalige Postfach, eine Seriennummer ist nicht vorhanden. Ein anderes Exemplar ist mit "Hartmann-Optik Wetzlar 117" (s. Bild unten) beschriftet. |
One of the monocular prism scopes by the Wetzlar otpical workshop Hartmann is the Bernina 25x80. It shows the typoical construction characteristics of a porro 1 glass: a prism housing covered with synthetic leather and a stap lug, and aconical objective tube with a tripod mount. The right-hand sided ocualr is a wide angel type. The optics are coated blue. The black lacquered cover plates have two screws. The top cover is marked "Hartmann - Wetzlar 117" within the prism logo, below it says "Made in Germany" and "25x80". The '117' refers to the PO Box from the Hartmann address; a serial number is not present. Another specimen is marked "Hartmann-Optik Wetzlar 117" (s. picture below)- |
| Das 25x80 ist 401 bis 407mm lang, davon macht der konische Objektivtubus 285mm aus, die schwarz lackierte gerade Metallfassung der Objektivlinse ist dabei 30mm breit. Das Gehäuse ist oben 59x59mm und unten 68x68mm breit. Das rechtsseitige Okularstück ist 32mm, der Fokussierungsteil 41mm und die Augenmuschel 34mm im Durchmesser.Der Objektivtubus beginnt mit 51mm Durchmesser und endet bei 90mm. Der runde Stativsockel ist 30mm im Durchmesser. Das Bernina 25x80 wiegt 1134g. | The 25x80 is 401 to 407mm long, whereas the conical objective tube is 285mm alone.
