Hertel & Reuss "Peer" 8x30

Dieses Hertel & Reuss 8x30 Monokular ist ein Porro-1-Modell mit einem kastenförmigen Korpus. Dieser ist mit strukturiertem Hartgummi ummantelt und hat eine kleine Trageriemenöse. Die schwarz lackierten Alugehäusedeckel sind unverschraubt. Der obere ist mit dem Firmenlogo und der Modellbezeichnung "Peer 8x30" beschriftet. Am unteren Deckel ist der konische Objektivtubus eingeschraubt. Das linksseitige Okular hat eine flache Plastikaugenmuschel (Teil des herausschraubbaren Okularlinsensystems) und eine Dioptrienskala mit Strichen von plus bis minus 3. Die Optik ist blau vergütet.

This Hertel & Reuss 8x30 monocular is a porro 1 model with a rectangular boxed housing. This is covered with textured hard rubber. There is a tiny strap lug. The black painted aluminium cover plates have no screews. The top one is marked with the firm's logo and model name "Peer 8x30". The conical objective tube is screwed into the bottom of the housing. The left-hand sided eyepiece has a flat eyecup made of plastic and a dioptre scale ranging from plus to minus three. The optics are coated blue.

Das "Peer" wiegt nur 102g und ist mit einer Länge von 98 - 101mm, einem 31x40x41 mm großem Prismengehäuse sehr kompakt. Der Objektivtubus verbreitert sich von 25 mm zu 32mm, das Okular ist 20mm, die Augenmuschel 27mm im Durchmesser.
