This 10x50 Hertel & Reuss monocular is coated and one model is marked on the top cover as being a "Wide Angle" type. The housing is equipped with a tripod adapter and covered with black leather just like the objective tube. The left-hand sided ocular has a full circle dioptre scale with number at zero and +/-5

Das Monokular ist 155-160mm lang, davon der Objektivtubus 45mm, das Gehäuse 85mm. Letzteres ist 61x61 oben und 70x70 unten breit. Das Okularstück ist 32mm, die Plastikaugenmuschel 34mm im Durchmesser. Der konische Tubus verbreitert sich von 55 auf 64mm. Mit Trageriemen wiegt das Glas 466g.

The monocular is 155 to 160 mm in length, wheras the objective tube is 45mm, the hopsuing 85mm long. The latter measures 61x61 at its top and 70x70 mm at its bottom. The eyepiece is 32mm, the plastic eyecup 34 mm in diameter. The conical tube broadens from 55 to 64mm in diameter. The glass weihgs 466g with its strap lug.
