Nedisnco Venlo - CZJ 7x50

Das vorliegende 7x50 Monokular von "Nedinsco Venlo Systeem - Carl Zeiss Jena" hat die Seriennummer (?) 4055, zusätzlich die Nr. 53115 auf dem Deckel und die Randnummer 51167. Die Konstruktion des Okularstücks und der Sonnenblende mit einklappbarem Orange-Filter entspricht denen des CZJ Sucherfernrohrs 6x30. Am Gehäuse befinden sich weitere Schraub- und Befestigungslöcher, evtl. für die Beleuchtungseinheit und Batterie. Möglicherweise ist dies ein Peilfernrohr zum Zeiss Wärmepeilgerät (Typ 5/41, s. Zeiss-Archiv Ident-Nummer: 2821, s. a. u. Nr. 25) oder einem andere Richtgerät oder Entfernungsmesser. An den "Brückenstümpfen" befinden sich jeweils 2 mögliche Montagelöcher sowie oben ein rundes Fenster für die Beleuchtung der Fadenkreuz-Strichplatte. Das Weitwinkelokular hat eine Dioptrienskala von + bis - 6 und eine abziehbare Messinghülse mit einem Trägerring für eine Weichgummiaugenmuschel (fehlend). Die schwarz lackierten Deckel sind einfach verschraubt, das Gehäuse hat eine Hartgummiummantelung, während der Objektivtubus und das Regenschutzrohr matt schwarz lackiert sind. Ein identisches Modell mit Kennzeichnung "Nedinsco 's Gravenhage Systeem Carl Zeiss Jena" und Seriennummer 3473 sowie No.1 und der Randnummer 164537 (184537 ?) ist bekannt. Dies lässt mich vermuten, dass es sich nicht nur um halbes Fernglas handelt.

The shown 7x50 monocular from "Nedinsco Venlo Systeem - Carl Zeiss Jena" has the serial number (?) 4055, additionally the number 53115 on the top cover and the marginal number 51167. The construction of the eyepiece and the rain-guard with folding orange filter corresponds to that of the CZJ 6x30 finder scope . There are additional screw and mounting holes on the housing, possibly for the lighting unit and battery. This is possibly a direction finding scope for the Zeiss heat search device (type 5/41, see Zeiss archive identification number: 2821, see below No. 25) or another aiming device or rangefinder. There are two possible mounting holes on each of the "bridge stubs" and a round window at the top for illuminating the crosshair reticle. The wide-angle eyepiece has a diopter scale from + to - 6 and a removable brass sleeve with a support ring for a soft rubber eyecup (missing). The black painted cover plates have only one screw, the housing has a hard rubber coating, while the lens barrel and the rain guard tube are painted matt black. An identical model marked "Nedinsco's Gravenhage Systeem Carl Zeiss Jena" with the serial number 3473 as well as No.1 and the marginal number 164537 (184537?) is known. This leads me to believe that these are not just half binoculars.

Das 7x50 ist 240-252mm lang. Der Objektivtubus verbreitert sich von 54 auf 59 mm im Durchmesser, das Regenschutzrohr mit Filter ist 64,5 mm im Durchmesser und 90 mm lang. Der Okulartubus ist 33mm, der Fokussierungsring 42,5 mm und die Augenmuschelhülse 38,5 mm im Durchmesser. Das Gehäuse ist oben 62x62 mm und unten 70x70mm breit. Das Monokular wiegt 1040g.
