Busch Rathenow "Sollux" 10x

Dieses Busch "Sollux" 10x36 wurde vor dem 1. Weltkrieg gebaut und ist am oberen Deckel mit dem Firmen-Logo und "Busch-Sollux 10x" beschriftet. Beide schwarz lackierten Messing-Deckel sind dreifach verschraubt. Die Trageriemenöse ist im Aluminiumkörper eingegossen. Die umlaufende Dioptrienskala ist mit +5, 0 und -5 am abgeschrägtemn Dioptrienring markiert. Die Bakelit-Augenmuschel und die Ummantelung am Gehäuse und am konischen Objektivtubus fehlen.

This Busch "Sollux" 10x36 model was made before WWI. Iz is marked with the company logo and "Busch-Sollux 1x" on the top cover. Both black painted cover plates are fixed with three screws. The strap-lug is cast into the aluminium body. The full dioptre scale is marked with +5, 0 and -5 on the sloping dioptre ring. The Bakelite eyecup and the covering of the housing and the conical objective tube are missing.

The Sollux 10x is 123-133mm long. The housing measures 52x52mm at its top and 57x57mm at its bottom. The eyepiece is 23mm, the focusing ring 28mm, and the objective tube 37-42mm in diameter. The 10x weighs 275g with its carrying strap, but without its eyecup and covering.
