CBS Beck 6x30

Das Beck Monokular mit der Standardkenngröße 6x30 wurde auch für Sextanten von Plath verwendet (s. letztes Bild). Dafür wurde am Gehäuse eine Halterung angeschraubt (s. hinten im Bild). Das Porro-1-Monokular hat eine Kunstlederummatnelung und eine Plastikaugenmzuschel. Die Objektivfassung hat zwei Teile. Die schwarz lackierten Deckel sind einfach verschraubt. Der obere Deckel ist mit "Beck Kassel CBS 6x30" beschriftet. Die komplett umlaufende Dioptrienskala reicht von + bis - Fünf.

The BEck monocular with its standard specifications of 6x30 were also used on sextants by Plath (Hamburg) (see last photo). Then, it was equipped with a screwed-on mount (see model in the back). The porro 1 monocular comes with a synthetic leather covering and a plastic eyecup. The objective frame consists of two parts. The black lacquered cover plates have one screw. The upper cover is inscribed "Beck Kassel CBS 6x30". The full dioptre scale ranges from + to - five.

Das 6x30 ist 116-126mm lang, das Gehäuse ist oben 56x56mm und unten 62x62mm breit, die Objektivfassung 42mm, das Okular 28mm, der Fokussierungsring und die Augenmuschel 34mm im Durchmesser. Das 6x30 wiegt 208g.

The 6x30 is 116-126mm long, the housing measures 56x56mm at its top and 62x62mm at its bottom, the objective tube 42mm, the eyepiece 28mm, the focusing part and the eyecup 34mm in diameter. The glass weighs 208g.
