ALBA 8x56

Dieses 8x56 Monokular der Optiker-Firma von Albert Braun aus Augsburg stammt aus den 1930er AJhren. Zu der Zeit wurde die Firma auch in ALBA A.Braun Co. KG umbenannt (vgl. https://optiker-braun.de/geschichte/ und stellte sowie vertrieb Ferngläser.
Das vorliegende Porro-1-Monokualr hat einen konischen Objektivtubus, einfach verschraubte Aluminiumdeckel , eine eingegossene Trageriemenöse, eine Kunstlederummantelung, eine flache 2/3 Augenmuschel, die innen das Okularsystem hält und wiederum selbst am Dioptrienring angeschraubt ist. Letzterer hat eine Einstellung ohne Ziffern von + bis - 3. Die Okularhülse ist zum Diotrienring hin breiter und hat dort die Refernzlinie. Die Alu-Teile sind schwarz lackiert.

Das ALBA ist 178 - 183 mm lang, das Gehäuse ist oben 55x55 mm und unten 59x59 mm breit, der 83 mm lange Objektivtubus verbreitert sich von 55 auf 68 mm im Durchmesser, der Okulartubus 29 bzw. 31 mm, der Fokussierungsring 38 mm und die Augenmuschel 35 mm im Druchmesser. Das 8x56 wiegt 355 g.
