Yashica 20x40

Das 20x40 Kleinspektiv von Yashica ist ein handliches Teleskop zur Zielkontrolle für Sportschützen oder als Beobachtungsfernrohr. This small 20x40 spotting scope by Yashica is a very handy telescope for target shooting control or as an observation scope. It has a tripod thread. So, the original tripod allows a stable view. The instrument is lacquered grey, and has an extendable sun-shade. There is a focusing ring at the eyepiece which holds the 20x ocular. The latter is marked 20x40. The focusing ring bears the number "21298" at its silvery top rim. There also is an oval tin plate screwed to the top cover marked "Yashica". The tripod adapter is inscribed "Japan" and has a leaf logo with initials "OSC" on it.

Das Prismengehäuse ist oben rund mit einem Durchmesser von 58mm, und unten oval mit einer Verbreiterung vertikal auf 63mm. Der konische Tubus verbreitert sich von 37mm auf 53mm. Er ist 115mm lang, während die Sonnenblende 48mm lang ist. Der Fokussierungsring ist 33,5mm, das Okular 21mm im Durchmesser.

The prism housing measures 58mm in diameter at its round top, and it widens vertically to 63mm at its oval bottom. The conical tube increases from 37mm to 53mm in diameter, being 115mm long.
