Dieses Zoomteleskop des Vertreibers TASCO (Tanross Supply Company) wurde laut Beschriftung und Prüfaufkleber des "Japan Telescope Inspection Institute" in Japan hergestellt. Die Herstellermarke mit Z in einer Raute ist mir unbekannt. Die japanischen Herstellerkürzel (JE/B) sind nicht vorhanden. Das sich verjüngende 45° angewinkelte Okulargehäuse lässt sich auch um 45° nach links und rechts schwenken, um den Einblick von unterschiedlichen Positionen zu ermöglichen. Vor dem Okular nach einem Zierring schließt sich der Tubus mit Zoom-System an. Der Zoom lässt sich mit einer geriffelten Walze in Aussparungen oben und unten einstellen. Diese ist mit "45x ← ZOOM → 15x" beschriftet. Beide Tubusseiten sind mit "tasco® 19T 15x - 45x 40 MM ZOOM TELESCOPE Achromatic coated lens Japan" gekennzeichnet. "19T" dürfte die Modellnummer darstellen. Unten am Tubus ist ein Standard-Stativadapter angeschraubt. Der längere Objektivtubus lässt sich zum Fokussieren drehen. Er ist mit "← FOCUS →" beschriftet.
