Dr. A. Schröder 8x40

Die Firma Dr. A. Schröder aus Kassel ist wohl eher für die Herstellung von Mikroskopen bekannt. Das 8x40 Monokular könnte evtl. von einer anderen Kasseler Hersteller auch für Schröder hergestellt worden sein. Der einfach verschraubte obere Aluminiumdeckel zeigt ein ovales Logo oder dreidimensionals dargestelltes Band mit dem Firmennamen und "Kassel", darunter "8x40". Das Gehäuse und der konische Objektivstutzten sind mit Leder ummantelt. Das Okular hat ein Linksgewinde zum Fokussieren und eine Dioptrieneinteilung von + bis - 3 ohne Beschriftung.
