Fraser-Volpe Corporation (FVC), an international company founded in 1972 by Joe and David Fraser (deceased). FVC has been manufacturing optical and electro-optical devices for over 30 years and has designed more than 15 different models of stabilized viewing devices which are referred to as STEDI-EYE products. FVC pioneered the FIRST generation of active image stabilized binoculars which are used by hundreds of different of law enforcement agencies, the U.S. Military and foreign military branches throughout the world.
